Main sections
The 2008 sitemap listed the site’s pages and noted that each could be opened in a new window for printing or for sending a link. Its list did not survive in the archive, but the structure of the site can be followed from the pages below.
- All chapters: every chapter on the site, grouped by book.
- Book list: the full-length texts, including histories of Ireland and James Joyce’s Dubliners and Ulysses.
- Accounts of the Easter Rising: memoirs and diaries of Easter Week 1916.
- A Chronology of Dublin history: a year-by-year outline of events.
- Links to maps of Dublin: historic and modern maps of the city and county.
- Images of Dublin: historic photographs of the city.
- Get in touch: opinions, corrections, additions and material for the site.
Book collections
Among the largest collections are Personal Sketches and Recollections by Jonah Barrington, History of County Dublin by F. Elrington Ball, The Chancellors of Ireland, Letters and Leaders of My Day by T.M. Healy, An Irishman’s Diary on the Neighbourhood of Dublin and The Sham Squire and the Informers of 1798. Smaller collections include Memoirs of Buck Whaley, Reminiscences of Sir Charles Cameron and Howth and her Trams by Jim Kilroy. Any page can still be printed using the browser’s own print command, and an XML sitemap is published for search engines.
